Jiangsu Industry: A Place of Prosperity

As Jiangsu is the most inhabited place in China, it has established a lot of industries. It has agriculture, with rice and wheat as the most prevalent products. It is also produces a lot of freshwater fishes, as this province contains two large freshwater lakes. It has long been a provider of silk too, and has a silkworm industry ever since. In these modern times, Jiangsu is occupied by many industries such as electronics, locomotive industries, textiles, food, chemicals and several more. It is also a province also noted for various mineral resources, such as coal, petroleum, iron, manganese and salt and abundance of salt from the Huaiyin salt mines.

The various industries that had been erected made Jiangsu a very prosperous place among other provinces of China. The province’s industries are so diverse, that probably makes its earning stable enough. With the economic reforms that Deng Xiaoping implemented, the southern cities of Wux and Suzhou has experienced further industrial growth and had led to the effect in outperforming the total output of the capital Nanjing. Overall, Jiangsu as a whole, has contributed a lot to the economy of China. It is a land where people could really enjoy a prosperous life.
